Island Wide Sports L.L.C Flag Football requires all potential participants to fully understand the refund policy prior to registering. Refunds will not be issued due to over scheduling of the participant. All Island Wide Sports L.L.C Flag Football programs require a minimum commitment of two hours per week depending on the volunteer coach and his scheduled season. Participants that are unwilling or unable to make that commitment will not be refunded for missed practices or games.
In the event players are not assigned to a specific team, coach or partnered with specific players, even if requested, refunds will not be issued.
No refunds will be issued after the registration deadline for any Island Wide Sports L.L.C Flag Football programs. No refunds will be issued.
Island wide sports L.L.C Flag Football reserves the right to cancel any season based on insufficient enrollment or other conditions beyond our control. Credits will be given in the event a season is canceled before the start of the season due to insufficient enrollment or other conditions beyond our control.
Refunds will not be given if a season has already started and games are canceled due to conditions beyond our control. We will do our best to reschedule any games that have to be canceled.
If a player is injured during practice or game there is no Refund.
No refunds will be issued for merchandise purchased at time of registration or during the course of the season for any reason with the exception of manufacturer’s defects.
Processing fees and donations are non-refundable.
Island Wide Sports L.L.C may change modify or delete the refund policy without consent or notification.
